I called your "lack of customer service" office. After circuitous transfer to 3 people, my concerns were totally ignored. The attitude of the three people I spoke with, leaves a lot to be desired as far as professionalism. Why would I pay for a product and have it sent to an incorrect address? You can't make itake sense.
