We do not offer refunds once your order has been shipped. If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel your order. In this case, please call or email immediately. However, once your product has been shipped, items are non-refundable.
Processing time for all orders is 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times for wholesale items are 7-10 business days. After items have been processed, then shipping will begin. Process time excludes the time for shipping. We process all orders in the time frames listed above and then ship out orders! Shipping take 2-5 days.
We do not accept returns on any items due to the hygienic nature of our products. All sales are final. If you receive any items damaged, please notify us within 7 days for a replacement.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). We are not responsible for wrong addresses or lost packages, however, we will assist in any way that we can. Re-ship fees are listed on our website which we will prompt you to purchase once we have received your returned package or after your label has been purchased and changes need to be made.
